ISLE OF WIGHT FLYING CLUB
Enquiries were made in January about interest in a flying club
to be formed at Apse. The response to the request for the members
was so encouraging that the Isle of Wight Flying Club was formed
in April, with Mr A G Murray, Portsmouth solicitor, as secretary,
and Mr Woodward as the flying instructor.
